Decorating with Balloons

Using a combination of air-filled balloons and helium-filled balloons amazing effects can be created. Balloons are a great way of transforming a dreary hall into an exciting place for a party. Even air-filled latex balloons can achieve this, for only a few pounds.

If you buy 12 inch balloons they are bigger and much more attractive than cheap smaller balloons from supermarkets or chainstores.

If you are filling latex balloons with helium you must do it on the day of the party because they only stay inflated for 10 hours or so. Air-filled balloons stay inflated for several days but are best filled the day before the occasion.
