Shall we fill our printed balloons with air or with helium?

You must decide this BEFORE ordering any printing.  We can print balloons in two ways, with the neck on top or with the neck at the bottom. All our balloons are suitable for filling with either air or helium.

Helium gas

makes the balloons float but can be expensive e.g. £50 to fill 100 balloons. Also the balloons only float for about 10 hours before the gas leaks out. Therefore they must be filled on the day of the party or wedding. The balloons  must be printed "Neck-Down". You would also print them neck-down for a balloon race.

Air filling

is free apart from the cost of one of our pumps (£3.50) but the balloons will not float. If you fix them to balloon sticks they can be held by children in the same way as if they were floating on strings.

To decorate a large hall with air-filled balloons you must have them printed "Neck-Up" as they will hang down from the neck as shown.
