Ordering By Phone: Please call 01453 752294 or 07974 941105 anytime up to 7pm weekdays. You are welcome to pay by credit or debit card over the telephone but please email us (or post us a letter) with details of the message you want on the balloons and  your postal address. Otherwise errors creep in and your phone bill escalates!  There is a handy form to fill in here.  

Even better, if you order and pay using our online shop there is a 5% discount.

Last minute orders: if you have something very urgent please go to our online shop and order and pay for your order and email us any artwork or photos.  If we really cannot do it we will refund your payment immediately .  See item No.3 below.

POSTAL ADDRESS

If you require our postal address  please email us.  We are in Gloucestershire.

PLEASE NOTE

1. Our minimum print run is normally 15 balloons, all with the same printing

2. All balloons are supplied UNINFLATED.

3. If you contact us on Thursday afternoon we cannot normally deliver an urgent order for Saturday unless we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday service.  This has to be signed for and if you miss the postman you may not receive the package until Monday.  So please try to order on Wednesday instead! 

4. The balloons  will all have exactly the same image on them  e.g. we cannot print 15 individual names on balloons for a kids party.

5. We cannot run you off one balloon as a sample before you order. We can post you samples of work we have done for other customers.

6. We cannot give a refund if you dislike the colour of the balloons, please ask and we can post you a sample balloon before you order.

7.  Prices quoted are for printing on one side of the balloon. We can print both sides, at extra cost.

8. If you order dark coloured balloons such as purple or burgundy we have to print in white or light-coloured ink which may cost more.
